Theatre is always about believing in what you do and using your own imagination. Especially when you use puppets or objects or masks. They are just dead things. Unless you with your own imagination make them to be alive. You can make them really strong characters. You can do basically everything with them. In this workshop we will explore how to make an object to show everything. It is a base of puppetry. A puppet can be just a stick or a stone. All the same rules are there. You need to know how to animate your object, so it will look like a living person. With objects/puppets you can create different world and make somebody to fly or to die in a specific way. You have to show everything with your body and on the other hand hide everything and show it through the object. We will learn this basic principles (they are there just to break them) and create different characters. But the most important thing is to believe in your own imagination. This workshop is going to be full of principles and on the other hand full of freedom and imagination. You don’t need any experience. Just let’s have fun!
